We are one of nearly 500 state and local labor councils of the AFL-CIO and are the heart of the labor movement.

We are a democratically elected body of union members dedicated to representing the interests of the working people of SW Florida in the counties of Charlotte, Collier, Glades, Hendry and Lee by mobilizing our members and community partners to advocate for justice in ALL matters pertaining to ALL working families in SW Florida.
